Summary (spoilers)

Lain feels observed as dark cars wait near her house and voices seem to follow her on the train. An unmarked package delivers a Psyche processor, and Taro, a young regular at Cyberia, tells her the part is rare and not exactly legal. She throws herself into upgrading her Navi while her family grows colder around her.
