Monthly AX: Layers pre-layer (Coming Soon!)

Sony Magazines · April 1998 issue (cover month) · 1998-04

First of the Layers serial: a promotional Yoshitoshi ABe illustration overlaid with Chiaki J. Konaka text, teasing the project as coming soon. Two scanned pages survive in fan archives. AX itself launched in March 1998, so this cover-month issue reached stores around then.
